Terms of Use

By using PayCalc you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.

1. Use of the calculators

You may use every calculator on this site free of charge, for personal or commercial purposes, with no account and no limit on how many times you calculate. The calculators run entirely in your browser.

2. Estimates, not advice

All output is an estimate based on the figures you enter and the statutory rules described on each page. It is not legal, tax, payroll or financial advice. See the disclaimer for what the calculators cannot account for.

3. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every statutory rate is current at the moment you read it. Rates change on published dates and we update on those changes — but you should verify any figure that has financial consequences.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayCalc is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of income, profits or data, arising from use of the site or reliance on a calculation.

5. Intellectual property

The site's text, layout and code are owned by the site operator. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole pages or resell the calculators as your own.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or present its output as professional advice to a third party.

7. Third-party links and advertising

The site may link to government sources and may display advertising. We are not responsible for third-party content, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page tracks the last material change.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer or worker in your own country.
